With a strong foundation in education and nonprofit leadership, Kristi Ayers brings both heart and strategy to her role at Grand Rapids Tech, where she leads the Partner Program—connecting organizations with a trusted tech ally. A Michigan State grad with bachelor’s and master’s degrees, she’s led nonprofit programs in workforce development, youth services, and tech-aligned initiatives—including oversight of a $10M H-1B grant. Outside work, Kristi enjoys trivia, travel, and her rescue dog, Rukey.
