CrowdStrike caused the largest global outage in history this morning.
Thankfully, we do not use CrowdStrike, and none of our customers do either. If you're feeling a little blue this morning, we can help.
Did you walk into a blue screen on all of your machines this morning? Here is the fix.
Boot Windows into Safe Mode or the Windows Recovery Environment
Navigate to the 'C:\Windows\System32\drivers\CrowdStrike' directory
Locate the file matching 'C-0000029*.sys', and delete it.
Boot the host normally.
